Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.harmoniousglobal.com and any related subdomains (collectively, the “Site”), as well as any services, consultations, coaching, sourcing support, trip planning assistance, digital products, or other offerings provided by Harmonious Global Solutions LLC (collectively, the “Services”).

The Site and Services are operated by Harmonious Global Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered office in Sheridan, Wyoming (“Harmonious Global Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site and/or Services, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or Services.


2. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site and Services.

  2. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that:

    • You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;

    • You are using the Site and Services for lawful purposes only; and

    • Your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction.


3. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. When we do so, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site and Services.


4. Description of Services

Harmonious Global Solutions provides, among other things:

  1. Consultations – paid consultations related to global business, sourcing, travel planning, branding, coaching, and related topics.

  2. Sourcing Support – assisting Users in identifying potential suppliers, factories, or products, including from China and other markets.

  3. Trip Planning Assistance – supporting Users in planning business or exploratory trips, including factory visits and related logistics coordination.

  4. Coaching and Mentorship – paid coaching, mentorship, and group or one-to-one programs for entrepreneurs, creators, and businesses.

  5. Digital Content and Resources – educational materials, content, videos, guides, and other resources that may be delivered via the Site or third-party platforms.

All Services are provided for informational, educational, and strategic purposes only. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or level of success.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time without notice and without liability.


5. Accounts and Security

  1. You may be required to create an account or provide certain information (such as name, email, contact details, business information) to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  4. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.


6. Payments, Fees, and Billing

    Many of our Services, including but not limited to consultations, coaching, sourcing assistance, and trip planning, are paid services. The applicable fees, structure, and payment options will be displayed on the Site, in booking forms, on checkout pages, or communicated directly to you.

  2. Payment Methods
    You authorize us or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due in connection with the Services you select. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

  3. Price and Currency
    All prices and payment terms will be communicated clearly at the time of booking or purchase. Taxes, charges, currency, and additional fees may apply depending on your location and the nature of the Services.

  4. Failure to Pay
    If payment is not received or is reversed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the relevant Service and/or cancel or reschedule any consultations, coaching sessions, or trip planning support.


7. Consultations, Coaching, and Scheduling

  1. Nature of Consultations and Coaching
    Consultations, coaching sessions, and strategy calls are informational and educational. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions following any guidance or suggestions.

  2. No Guarantees
    We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, profit, cost savings, business outcomes, travel experience, or any other outcome from using our Services.

  3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

    • You may be required to select available time slots or provide your availability.

    • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time.

  4. No-Show or Late Arrival
    If you fail to attend a scheduled session or are significantly late, we may treat the session as completed or shortened without refund, according to our published or communicated policies.


8. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Refund Policy
    Any refund policies for consultations, coaching, sourcing services, or trip planning will be clearly communicated on the relevant product/service page or at the time of purchase or booking.

  2. Non-Refundable Services
    Certain Services may be fully or partially non-refundable due to the nature of the work, time reserved, or third-party commitments. This will be stated where applicable.

  3. User Cancellations
    If you cancel a booked session or service, any refund or credit will be handled in accordance with the specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

  4. Cancellations by Harmonious Global Solutions
    If we cancel a session or Service you have paid for, we may offer rescheduling, a credit, or a refund, as determined in our discretion and in line with the applicable policies.


9. Sourcing Support and Trip Planning—Third-Party Responsibility

  1. Third-Party Suppliers and Service Providers
    In providing sourcing or trip planning assistance, we may suggest or introduce you to third-party suppliers, manufacturers, agents, freight forwarders, travel providers, or other service providers. These third parties are independent entities and are not controlled by us.

  2. No Agency or Guarantee

    • We do not own, operate, or control third-party businesses to which you may be introduced.

    • We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, legality, safety, delivery, pricing, or performance of any third-party products or services.

  3. Your Responsibility
    You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, verifying third-party credentials, and entering into any contracts or agreements with such third parties. Any disputes or issues between you and a third party are solely between you and that third party.

  4. Customs, Taxes, and Compliance
    You are responsible for complying with all applicable customs regulations, import/export laws, taxes, duties, tariffs, and any other government requirements in your jurisdiction and in any relevant countries. Harmonious Global Solutions is not responsible for any penalties, seizures, delays, or losses arising from non-compliance.


10. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership
    The Site, including all text, designs, graphics, logos, images, videos, code, and other content, as well as any materials provided in the course of the Services (the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to Harmonious Global Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  2. Limited License
    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and to view Content for your personal or internal business use only.

  3. Restrictions
    You must not:

    • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Site or Content without our prior written consent;

    • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;

    • Use our trademarks, branding, or logos without explicit written permission.


11. User Content

  1. Your Content
    “User Content” means any information, text, images, messages, feedback, or other materials you submit, upload, or provide via the Site or during the Services.

  2. License You Grant to Us
    By providing User Content, you grant Harmonious Global Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and create derivative works from such User Content, solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Site and Services, and fulfilling our obligations to you.

  3. Your Responsibility for User Content
    You represent and warrant that:

    • You own or have the necessary rights to provide the User Content;

    • The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights; and

    • The User Content is accurate and lawful.

  4. Monitoring and Removal
    We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content at our discretion, including where it appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.


12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Site or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;

  2. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  3. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, servers, or networks;

  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems;

  5. Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

  6. Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our explicit written consent;

  7. Use the Site or Services in a manner that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services for any violation of this section.


13. No Professional Advice

All information and content on the Site and provided through the Services is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site or in the Services is intended to constitute, and does not constitute:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

15. Limitation of Liability

    Harmonious Global Solutions, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  2. Cap on Direct Damages
    Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Site or Services will be limited to the total amounts you have paid to Harmonious Global Solutions for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the [preceding period as you choose, e.g. “three (3) months”].

  3. Jurisdictional Limits
    Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.


16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Harmonious Global Solutions, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  1. Your access to or use of the Site or Services;

  2. Your breach of these Terms;

  3. Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or

  4. Any dispute between you and a third party (including suppliers, service providers, or other Users).


17. Privacy

Your use of the Site and Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Site or Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Harmonious Global Solutions. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or assume responsibility for:

  • The content or policies of any third-party sites;

  • Any products, services, or actions of third parties.

You access third-party sites and tools at your own risk and should review their terms and policies.

The Site and Services are controlled and operated from the United States. We make no representation that the Site or Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.

If you access the Site or Services from outside the United States:

  1. You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations that apply to you; and

  2. You understand that certain features, terms, or Services may not be available, lawful, or appropriate in your jurisdiction.


20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Site, or the Services (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any applicable mandatory arbitration or consumer protection laws, you agree that:

  • The state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or the Services; and

  • You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.


21. Dispute Resolution

If you wish to include arbitration, you can add something like:

Prior to initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, seated in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.


22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.


23. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Harmonious Global Solutions.


24. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.


25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional terms or policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and Harmonious Global Solutions regarding your use of the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
