This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services, programs, consultations, sourcing support, trip planning, and digital products provided by Harmonious Global Solutions LLC, a registered LLC in Sheridan, Wyoming (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any Service, you (“you” or “Client”) agree to the terms below.


1. General Policy Overview

Most of our offerings involve time, expertise, insights, planning, and access to proprietary systems. Because of this, all payments made to Harmonious Global Solutions LLC are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy or required by law.

This strict policy protects our time and ensures fairness to all clients.


2. Consultations (Paid Calls & Strategy Sessions)

All consultations—including clarity calls, strategic sessions, and mentorship sessions—are non-refundable once booked and paid for.

Rescheduling

· You may request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
· Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be declined at our discretion.

No-Shows

· If you fail to attend your session or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered completed.
· No refunds or credits are issued for missed appointments.


3. Coaching Programs (1:1 or Group Coaching)

All coaching programs, mentorship packages, and long-term engagements are:

· Non-refundable,
· Non-transferable, and
· Cannot be cancelled mid-term.

Once you enroll and payment is processed, you are fully responsible for all program fees, even if you withdraw or fail to participate.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered:

· All installments must be completed as agreed.
· Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access without releasing you from your financial obligation.


4. Sourcing Services

Sourcing support involves time, communication with suppliers, due diligence, and internal research. Therefore:

· Sourcing service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
· If you cancel before any work has started, we may—at our discretion—issue a partial refund minus administrative costs.

Third-Party Costs

Any payments made to suppliers, factories, shippers, or other third parties:

· Are outside our control,
· Are subject to their own policies, and
· Are your responsibility.

We do not refund losses caused by third-party changes, delays, factory issues, product defects, or logistics problems.


5. Trip Planning Services

Trip planning support (factory visit arrangements, itinerary design, travel coordination, etc.) is non-refundable once initiated.

If third-party travel providers are involved:

· Their cancellation policies apply,
· We do not reimburse external travel-related costs,
· We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or fees imposed by airlines, hotels, drivers, or guides.


6. Digital Products & Online Materials

All digital products, templates, downloads, videos, e-books, guides, and online materials are:

· Non-refundable,
· Delivered instantly or within the promised time frame,
· Considered “used” upon access.

No exceptions apply once the material has been downloaded or accessed.


7. Event Tickets, Workshops, or Live Webinars

Tickets or access purchased for live events—whether online or in-person—are:

· Non-refundable,
· Non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

If we reschedule an event, you will automatically receive access to the new date.

If we cancel an event entirely, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.


8. Refunds Due to Company Error

If an error occurs on our side (e.g., duplicate payment, system glitch), we will:

· Investigate the claim, and
· Issue a refund for the erroneous charge if confirmed.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment processor.


9. Refunds Required by Law

If applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund in certain circumstances, we will comply with those obligations.
However, this Policy will be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, which governs our business.


10. Modifications and Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.”
Your continued use of our Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
